Delivery time may vary depending on your location, product availability and the courier service. The estimated delivery information will be provided during the order process or through your order and shipping updates.

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
